few pictures of my QTH. The station is capable of all-mode operation from 160 Meters through 2 Meters via an ICOM IC-746 Tranciever.
The Antenna System Consists of a KLM Log periodic antenna usable 6M
through 20 M, with a tuner It works OK on 30M. Those are not Guy
wires on the back side of the tower, Its a wide band T2FD terminated
antenna. Its fed from a 600 ohm Balun. These are hard to find, but I
found one at B&W.
Although It is not my favorite pass-time, I have had to go up the 56
foot tower on more than one occasion for antenna Maintainance. Click

Not everything at this house is ham radio. Working with computers for
a living, this house is fully networked. You happen to be looking at
one of the two 10BaseT Jacks in the Kitchen. When we re-modeled I ran
one to two places in the kitchen. Throughout the house you will find
similar jacks. If you are going to run 1 wire you might as well run
